What is 1CLICK Help Desk? 1CLICK's Help Desk is remote computer support, sometimes called virtual or online tech support. Through your downloading a little piece of software, you enable our specialists to view your computer screen and securely fix most computer and network problems right through the Internet. You can sit back and relax while we work on your system.

When you need repairs or a PC tune up, you simply call our technical support number and allow a our skilled specialist to see exactly what you see. What products does 1CLICK support? 1CLICK can support a wide variety of products, from computers, laptops, Internet phones, etc... If you’d like to know if we can help you with your specific electronic devices, give us a call.
Can I use ‘remote help’ if I have dial-up? A broadband connection is required. Dial-up connections are too slow and would be too costly for our customers.
Does 1CLICK provide in-home service? Does is matter where I live? Absolutely! 1CLICK has the ability to dispatch a technician right to your door in virtually any city or state in the US.
Can 1CLICK help me with my Mac? Not at this time. But we do provide support for Ipods and Apple Quicktime
Are your Technicians Certified Professionals? Our technicians have extensive experience in customer service and undergo rigorous training in a multitude of technologies to ensure their requirements for delivering quality service and support. We are industry certified by Microsoft, CompTIA, Dell & Toshiba, just to name a few!
